From the moment I walked in, I was treated with honesty, respect, and professionalism, which is hard to find in the auto repair world. Rich took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my vehicle without any pressure, upselling, or confusing jargon. His knowledge and experience are immediately obvious, and you can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job the right way. The diagnosis was thorough, accurate, and completed quickly, saving me both time and money. I loved bringing my car to Rich at Fountain Auto Repair, he walked me through what needed to be done in order of importance and also pointed out work that was done improperly by a previous shop who charged a significant amount of money. Brought my truck here for a rear differential leak repair on 1/15/2026. Found the differential still leaking on 1/17/2026. Came back to the shop on 1/19/26, mechanic (Rich) told me he would call me later that day. When he called me, he told me he wanted $160 more to repair the leak. Decided to go to another shop, and found out that not only did Rich not install the seal correctly, he damaged the pinion yolk (hammered it) which is why he asked for the additional $160 to replace it. It will now cost me 5 times what he charged me to repair the damage he caused plus the original leak. If you come here and expensive mistakes are made by the owner, he will NOT make it right.

He’s never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need. 🙏🏼 Great prices, quality products, and even better people! His crew does a great job with the cars and always friendly. What’s great for him is a bit of an adjustment for me :) …years ago I could call and get in the next day. Now the word has definitely spread, everyone wants to go here, and he’s booked weeks out. It just goes to show that HONESTY and QUALITY have their consequences! :) 😆
