I'm blown away by the customer service I just received by Four B particularly Brad. Admittedly I'm new to older BMW's as I just bought my first and there's just so much to know. I reached out about some work I needed and they responded to me on a weekend off hours! I was surprised and they were really friendly and spent time educating me on my options. Their work is amazing and have read the other reviews and all I can say is I had a great experience and will be coming back!

They listened to my wheel sound and told me nothing needed to be done. I then took it to a dealer and found out it was a bad wheel bearing. In general this shop is good for repair work but after that diagnostic miss my trust is gone.

Took my F80 M3 here to get the 4 pin ssr crankhub, Turner skid plate, and carbon lip done! The owner, Brandon is amazing and his turn around time is very fast! Great pricing as well! Definitely recommend them and they will be my go to BMW shop in the Bay Area!
