Bob at Four Rings offered me a car at what I would call an incredible price. I had dealt with Bob on other things and would have to say he's always been up front and honest...and customer service is top notch for sure. But not going to lie when I say I had reservations about buying a car from NY when I live in Houston, Tx. Just not my style. But with my prior dealings never failing in the past with Bob I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt. We picked up a 2016 Audi S6 that when it arrived, I was just floored. The car was spectacularly clean and in good working order. I waited a while after purchase to make sure there were no problems with the car. I would not ever hesitate to buy a car from across the county again if Bob/Four Rings Auto was the one responsible for finding

I recently purchased a 2015 Audi Q5 for my daughter from Bobby. Didn't get less than 30 minutes into our trip home to PA and had two warnings lights come on the dashboard. Called and messaged Bobby...absolutely no return, even days later. More lights on the Dashboard have come on and he will not return phone calls from a reputable Audi repairman seeking service questions. Beware, Bobby the owner of this business is a shister for sure. Very sad a businessman can be this way. Look elsewhere for your business.

I recently bought a 2016 A6 from Bobby at Four Rings Auto and had a great buying experience. Prior to this, he has been servicing my 2012 A4 for the past few years at great rates and quality. Bobby’s customer service is second to none and he will go to great lengths to make sure that you leave his shop satisfied. He made sure that the used vehicle I purchased left his shop in great condition and even supported me through the out-of-state tilting and registration process. I highly recommend Four Rings Auto!

The only shop you should ever take your car if you have a VW or Audi! Bob is very knowledgeable and half the time can say exactly what’s wrong with my car before I even finish explaining it. You won’t beat the prices or the customer service. I take my Audi to him for everything from an oil change to mechanical/electric issues to performance upgrades. Highly recommend to everyone!
