Four Star Freightliner

I had a great experience at Four Star Freightliner in Albany, Georgia. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and very efficient. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with respect and taken care of quickly. The technicians knew exactly what they were doing and got my truck back on the road faster than expected. They explained the repair process clearly and made sure I was satisfied before I left. It’s hard to find a reliable and honest repair shop these days, but Four Star Freightliner definitely lives up to its name. Highly recommended for any truck driver passing through the area! We were having check engine light issues with our 2015 Motorcoach. The dreaded 4364 SCR aftertreatment failure. Initially Four Star in Midway FL diagnosed the problem and performed a standing regen. We drove about 60 miles before the light was back on and we got the same code. We ended up at Four Star in Albany GA. The tech was very thorough in his initial diagnosis but needed to go deeper. Our option was to continue on our journey and run the risk of damaging the engine or leave it there for repair. Crystal, our initial service advisor got us checked in and helped getting our stuff out of the coach. Every RV owner travels with the fear of breaking down while traveling across our beautiful country. After 8 years with our RV we had never broke down, but that changed yesterday while traveling across southern Georgia on highway 82. I had to lay on my brakes pretty hard when a semi truck cut me off as I was exiting the 82 bypass. My rear brake shoes locked up resulting in my having to pull over to the side of the road. After coming to a stop, and doing a visual inspection of my rear tires, I called Freightliner’s support center, and described what happened. The Freightliner representative said that I most likely had a “cam over”, where the brake shoes adjusted tight against the brake drum. He gave me the number of the closest Freightliner Service Center, which was a little over 7 mil

Had somewhat of attitudes, but got the job done .little hugh on prices as well but over all git the jib done

We came in by tow today and these guys really took care of us. Hands down great dealership! Awesome service, communication, knowledgeable mechanics who can fix stuff fast and correct. I would travel the extra mile to get here needing another service. We run freight and are in a different city and state each day, we had some Issues with our Allison Trans, repaired and working like it use to in a matter of 2.5 hrs. Thank you great work!
