A HUGE THANK YOU to Service Advisor Sarah Morea and the Dept Mgr who offered to help me out with a motor coach issue that had left my wife and I stranded in Tallahassee. Thankfully the originating service company took action that helped. Still I was impressed and so very thankful to know that Four Star was ready and willing to help. Please note that the coach issue remains open so I may show up on your doorstep soon.

Excellent location! Highly recommend! My Diesel technician Paul was friendly and did amazing work getting me fixed and back on the road. The level of communication from the service department was amazing! The drivers lounge was clean, comfortable and well stocked. This is what other dealerships should strive to be. Towards the end of a 6000 mile round trip from Miami to Los Angeles and back our RV lost power and our check engine light came on. We were 1 exot away from this dealer. We were able to make it there and left the RV outside. They were closed due to the labor day weekend. Long atory short, our Cummins engine had failed with knly 34k miles. Within a week they were able to troubleahoot and communicate with Cummins. Cummins decided to replace the entire engine due to a broken valve that ended up damaging a cylinder. After reading some of the negative reviews, my wife and I were worried, but after the 2-1/2 month ordeal i can say this....dealers should not be blamed when manufacturers take long to send parts or in this case an engine. The service and folks at the Midland location were awesome. The serpentine belt on my diesel RV broke due to my AC compressor locking up. We were close by and limped over. The location is an Oasis location and had 50amp power connections. This was late on Friday, so we were able to stay in their parking area and first thing Monday they got us in to diagnose the issue. Lauren and Sara where very communicative and kept us updated throughout the process. They had to order parts and had trouble finding one part and Lauren went around town with the needed part trying to match it up. Just great service. I highly recommend this location!

My radiator was leaking.I called lauren in the service department. We arranged for me to come in the next day She managed to get the truck back on the road Before they closed. With a new radiator. She even sent somebody to the Valdosta store to get one of the parts that was needefinitely went above and beyond.What most shops would have done for me?I highly recommend
