Four Star Freightliner

Idk where to start with this, it's was so much. They took to long to "fix" my truck considering what they did to it. I paid almost $5k for nothing and my driver left and more codes similar to ones I brought it in for came up. There were many communication issues on their part, I basically had to call them every they had the truck because they almost never called me back like they said they would. I feel like I was hustled in all honesty. When a person drops there vehicle off to the dealer you expect for your vehicle to be fix with exceptional service and reasonable time there is no reason it took a week and a half to "fix" my truck only for it to still have issues. I took my truck just for Diag only for $190 I come back to pay and they wanna charge me 500 because they “fixed” the issue even tho I didn’t want them to fix anything I just wanted to know the issue… and then come to find out they ended up faking a coolant leak on my reservoir, thinking I won’t notice that when I came on with zero issues they then want to tell me it “blew” and I need to replace it and I have everything in my dashcam of them faking problems so I would pay. Avoid AT alll costttttt. Take your truck to anywhere else but here. Their entitled, rude disrespectful. Don’t wanna listen to your concerns. They act like you don’t know your own truck they’ll charge you for more than you come in for, just avoid any cost possible

We took our 2013 Cascadia in to have it repaired. It broke a rod, due to excessive damage we went with a long block. The service manager Mike Bush is awesome. He went above and beyond to help us and got us a re talk truck while ours was being repaired. We can't say enough about how Mike handled everything our problem is with the mechanic and whoever's over the mechanic. After paying over 44,000 the mechanic put old broken parts back on the motor, replaced a broken ground wire by just putting it over a hose which means it will break again. Put a worn out serpentine belt back on! There is no pride in the workmanship. The shop we are at now told us if a mechanic here were to turn out a vehicle like this he would no lo get have a job! Great place very good service. Mrs Jackson was absolutely very nice and professional. She was patient and explained my service very well. The maintenance personnel was very helpful and friendly. I drive for Nova Lines and I went in for a trailer PM. They were fast and efficient.

My husband received a code for #2 injector and was quoted $4500 to replace just ONE DAMN INJECTOR!!!. We took his truck to Freightliner in Macon, GA and paid $2000 less to have the work done and it was completed with minimal downtime. After looking at the quote, 4Star wanted to charge for 12 hours of labor. This must have been the "I don't want to work on your truck" price because how do you justify that price? Steer clear of this place. They're not honest. Hold the road drivers.
