This shop has saved my bacon several times heading out of town on with no notice. Have installed tires and or taken a look ant other issues. Fast, friendly guys and cheaper than in Pullman. Got me a set of tires in the am and was on the road same day. They always help me out when I call.
Do yourself a favor and never go here. Took my suv I. Cause the tires were bought there. Had a screw in it. Had to tell the old guy at the front 6 damn times what tire it was. And he just waved his fingers and said ok. Came back asked about it. They said it was done. They NEVER touched it. Only moved it from one spot to another. Took it to Schwab after that and they took care of it for me. 4star is a joke and so is all the guys working in there.
My call was immediately answered. I asked about service capabilites. They do not perform the extensive motor work I need and made a local recommendation to help me along.
They do oil changes for a decent price
