I live in Kentucky and while I was in Houston I had vehicle issues, thanks to the AAA tech that came and recommended me to Jimmy, we had my van towed here and I literally cried because the care, respect and quality of vehicle care was so great! I wasn't taken advantage of on price and Jimmy made sure my van got in and out quick so I could make the 15 hour drive back home! These guys were amazing and I will never be able to thank them enough!

The Auto Care Center is really outstanding! We were traveling on a weekend and had just arrived in the Houston area when the transmission of our car began to fail. Through the power of prayer, we made our way to Fournace where Jimmy came back to the shop late Saturday afternoon to meet us. Even though we were in a terrible predicament and had few choices other than being towed elsewhere, he gave us a very fair deal and did excellent work in replacing our transmission the next week. I would highly recommend Jimmy and his staff at Fournace Sell Auto Care Center to anyone who needs an honest and reliable vehicle repairman.

I've had several repairs done at Shell Auto Care on Fournace over the past 10 years, and I’ve always been very satisfied with the results. Jimmy has worked on four of my vehicles and repaired a failed brake drum, water pump, full brake job, several tune-ups, and many oil changes & inspections. The work has always been fast, affordable, and reliable and I always recommend his shop to my colleagues who need work done during the work week.

Jimmy has always been very fair, very efficient, and tried to save me whatever work is unnecessary or can be put off to later. Every time I get an opinion, I come here and it always turns out that someone was trying to oversell me- and I don't disclose the prior recommendation. I'll be brining my car here as needed for year to come.

I went there to fill up with gas because I was on empty> The pump outside wouldn't take my card. It said see cashier. So I went inside and had to take my 7 lb. puppy in because it was so hot outside and it is illegal to leave dogs inside a hot car. I had my credit card in my hand and the lady would not take my card because I had my dog inside the store. She refused to help me and told me to put the dog outside or in the hot car. Luckily, a nice man offered to take my dog outside and held her while the bitchy lady swiped my card so I could get gas. She spent more time complaining about the dog being inside than it would have taken for her just to swipe my card. DON'T GO THERE!
