My experience with Fourwinds RV is a little different than the typical shopping/service visit, so please excuse my wordiness to tell this epic tale. Spoiler alert: this place deserves 5 stars for service. My parents bought a couple of trailers (a Montana 5th wheel and a truck camper) from Fourwinds over 20 years ago and my Dad loved hanging out there whenever he needed maintenance. They wintered in the 5th wheel for many years down in Mesa, AZ and made it their home. Unfortunately, they got too old to make the trip and requested me to "get the trailer home to Fourwinds" so that they could sell it and cancel their expensive monthly resort fees. We bought our 2026 Salem 270zen from Micah and have been extremely happy with him and the service department. Micah listened to what we wanted and made it happen. The service department was very thorough with the walk through when we picked it up. We had a recall which was caught before we even received the letter while we had it in for two minor issues that they took care of in a timely manner. Highly recommend Fourwinds!
Jayco products are not worth the money! And do not trust them to fix anything! Fourwinds replacement parts are hand me downs from old RV's took 5 months to get a replacement oven and I could have purchased the same one for $325 on line and I would have received it in 3 days. Now I have one that doesn't look the same, stainless Steel first, now a ugly black one. After two visits they wouldn't even replace a ceiling vent that was broken when I purchased it. I could go on for ever!!!!
My electric tongue jack was not working call Lynn got service the same day fix the issue in under a half an hour great service!!
BEWARE...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will not take care of any promises they make or fix any problems that they missed. Black tank was full of toilet paper and feces upon delivery.. Grey tank is leaking and filling up underbelly. SOLD ME A LEMON....
