I’m giving 2 stars because the manager I spoke with was professional and decent to deal with. However, the overall experience, I paid for a service I did not receive. I purchased an alignment through Groupon in an effort to save money. The shop required the voucher to be viewed before evaluating the vehicle. After reviewing it, I was told they could not complete the alignment and was charged a $40 alignment check fee. The alignment itself was never performed. Because the voucher had been viewed at the shop’s request, Groupon later denied a refund under their policy. In the end, I paid $140 and still had to pay again to have the alignment completed elsewhere. I was trying to save money and instead spent more. I would recommend confirming all policies in advance, as many shops in the area of

They helped us figure out the problem on our vehicle that another company quoted us 10,000$ for. They fixed it for 400$ because the other company didn’t actually look at what the problem was they just guessed. So far the car is running great. Thank you

Fowers Point S has taken exceptional care of our family’s vehicles for over ten years. They are kind, professional, and capable. They never upsell things we don’t need. Integrity and quality are the company values that I can see asa customer, shining through every interaction. The shuttle service to and from my home was very helpful, and they’re not bothered to go out of their way to help us out. They’ve driven all the way to Pineview to take customers home. It’s the little things to go the extra mile that make all the difference.

Work was done quickly and at a fair price. Had some questions about other work I needed done soon and without asking how to make it cheaper he explained where to find some parts and bring them in rather than have them ordered because it would be half the price, did the same to the couple in front of me in line. They seem trustworthy and ill be back because of that
