Bought a truck from them and little did we know there was missing washers causing the check engine light to be on and a cracked ac with a crappy warranty. Wouldn’t recommend

Bought a used car from Jim Norton Toyota Wednesday of last week. We hadn't started it, drive it or anything. We Couldn't take it that day they said it hadn't been serviced, ran through safety checks or detailed yet. Said they had to send it to the service department for safety check, to fix things that needed to be fixed, and to fix and replace the headliner when the fix the leak problem. Said they changed Tirods, fixed leak, and changed all oil and changed the from or back break pads or calipers. Any who, they said they were done, we could pick it up. Went to pick it up Wednesday of this week, and it still had issues. Upon starting it, we could hear tapping. And it hadn't been "Detailed", we found the past owners Glasses, hotel cards and door keys. I will give an updated review once this

So this is the second time I've been here. First time it had a check engine light they charged me $119 for an inspection and "found nothing" about a week later the light comes back on this time I sit here for 3 hours before they figure out the problem then had to wait 2 more days to get the parts. Then the 2 days passes they didn't realize it needed more parts so they put me in a loaner car for free at least but something made me sick driving it. Now I'm sitting here after 40 minutes being told it was gonna be ready in 10-15 minutes. I don't think I'll be coming back here again

Super Great experience here! Dave helped me out with getting my oil change set up and he's super nice and very informative. The waiting area is comfortable with ample seating in comfortable squishy armchairs set around a big screen and there are also a few tables with chairs. Service was very quick. I'll be back for all my vehicle servicing needs for sure! Thanks!

This dealership and their service center have a reputation of telling you services are required even though they are not, this dealer happens to "recommend" them. Overselling you on unnecessary services and not telling you they are optional, which is the reason people have a hard time trusting dealerships. Shady if you ask me. Steer clear and head for more trustworthy places to get your car worked on where they aren't trying to rip you off.
