Fox Rent A Car Los Angeles

The car they gave me was amazing made me want to purchase it myself, very big Jeep grand Charokee. Awhile I first landed at the airport I waited over an hour for a shuttle. Was waiting from 11pm to nearly 12, ended up having to take a shuttle to enterprise which was a 7/10 min walk with heavy baggage to my rent a car place. After we got there we asked why the shuttle was just sitting empty and no reply. It left 1 min after we got there nearly at 12pm and we were calling multiple times but no way to speak to anyone in the office, huge inconvenience. Aside from that the process of getting the rental was fast and simple. Car was dirty they obviously did not clean it before giving it to us.

I am completely disappointed in my experience with Fox Rent a Car/ Europcar in Los Angeles. What was intended to be reliable transportation for a work training turned into a dangerous and distressing situation that placed my safety at risk. I rented a vehicle for a professional training trip, expecting a safe and dependable car. On the morning of my training, the vehicle would not start. My sister and I attempted multiple times to turn it on without success. Customer support insulted our intelligence about how to start and completely shut off a push-to-start car. We were then advised that if we were able to start the vehicle later in the day, we could return it to the rental center for an exchange. As a direct result, I had to arrange alternative transportation via Lyft and arrived late

In January 2026, we used Fox Rent A Car at LAX because it was very economical compared to other agencies. While the rental price was great, our major complaint was the one-hour wait for the shuttle to reach the off-site location. If you are on a tight schedule, the wait can be frustrating, but for those prioritizing a budget-friendly trip, it remains a solid value. Once at the counter, the process was straightforward, but be sure to factor in extra time for the commute!

Read your signed agreements very carefully!!! Ive never had an issue with this location until my last visit a week ago. I prepaid for my car. Upon picking up, I just signed my agreements per usual & didnt think anything of it because I had already paid for the car. Today I noticed that they never refunded my deposit correctly, so I started looking at receipts, & they added prepaid fuel to my agreements without my knowledge or consent. The man checking me out never once asked me if I wanted to do the prepaid fuel. I never do because I know I can find it cheaper outside of the area. Then upon arrival to return the car, the man checking in the car put in that I didnt bring the car back full, which is incorrect. I filled up at the 76 right next door. I sent receipts of my gas to them in hopes

Arrived at Fox shuttle pick up 6B airport at 12:30 PM. Still waiting at 1:53 PM.. called Fox rental. They said they would send somebody but still have not arrived.. Not until after looking up reviews for Fox car rental did we discover they have to poorest service for their customers out of all the car rental?. Especially this location for subtle service for customers
