- Off airport location but short trip on shuttle bus from Car Rental Terminal. + usually best prices, as low as $5 per day ($11 with fees) + fast service in and out; - they so busy cars lucks proper cleaning. +Mostly new Nissans. Overall a positive experience. I agree with the other reviews that in general the actual price is not as cheap as just the initial rental - you really do need to pay 13$ a day for a pass for the tolls, for example - and insurance is 39.99$ per day - but ultimately, the price isn’t much different from the other brands. It’s also not too hard to get there from the airport. Overall, staff were kind and professional and prices felt fair.

The rental center said I couldn't use my credit card at the store to pick it up. I was the one who made the reservation and paid for the rental. But because my spouse name was listed as the driver because I don't drive in cities and new areas due to my vision and sever migraines they wouldn't let me apply my credit card to pick up the car. We arrived on time at 11 pm for a delayed birthday celebration due to bad weather. My spouse provided his ID but because he didn't have an active credit card to put on file they said they couldn't do anything.They advise me to call Priceline who I booked that car through but of course that time of night they are closed. Priceline advised me to see if they could allow me to use my card but Fox Rent declined. Although their policy states the following: "

I had an issue with being charged for insurance when I already paid through insurance with Priceline. I went up to the counter and the dude was rude and asked me to go find the manager even though he was visibly seen doing nothing and it came off rude. I was able to find Kevin and he was very nice, professional, and pleasant. He never spoke down on his employee or put the blame he simply addressed how customers deserved to be treated and apologized. He really should train other managers on customer service! The fact that he took accountability and owned a situation that had not been his mistake shows that he is a natural born leader and knows how to properly run a business. Their system was down and he took my information and promised to call me when it was up and he refunded the credit. I
