Fox Rent A Car Ontario Airport

Original review was deleted when first picked up rental car was told about surprise 500$ security deposit!! Then the gentleman at the counter added insurance insiting its mandatory which is not true!! Then given wrong vehicle and was told it was a free upgrade which as also not true!! Came to get a different vehicle and was even called dumb for saying i do not want an atlas very unproffesional if i could give zero stars i would!!! Was supposed to be a camry was given a dart suv!

The customer service at this location was extremely disappointing. The agent on duty Sunday morning at approximately 10:00 a.m. was rude, unaccommodating, and dismissive. I was given a vehicle with visible damage and was told I could not receive a different car. I was informed that only SUVs were available, with no effort made to resolve the issue or provide alternatives. The interaction felt disrespectful and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Arrived in town only to find that I had to take two separate shuttles (Ontario Airport Location) to get to the rental location. Asked for an upgrade (soft top jeep wrangler), the first one the top old not open and the second one I received I found out after getting on the highway day 3 of having the vehicle that the car vibrated severely and it needed tires and it had a broken wiper blade as well. I was also informed that they are not able to provide shuttle service after certain hours. I would not recommend this facility. Poor maintenance and upkeep on their cars.

I was a bit upset when I discovered that this company was off-site from airport. However, I found shuttle service to be excellent and picking up the car was easy. I rented a VW Jetta, nothing fancy, and was pleased with cleanliness and performance and price. Returning the car was the BEST and Essi the attendant was so friendly,polite and efficient, making the check-in process quick, easy and completely hassle-free!! I truly appreciated how Fox Rental Cars, Ontario, CA, made the entire process from beginning to end, so easy to navigate and manage and I will definitely be using Fox Rental Cars, Ontario, California for my future trips back. Thank you for the stress-free experience!! Thank you Essi for your polite and kind assistance in checking in my vehicle!!

The worst car company ever. Just waist my day coming to them and they did not accept my visa card because rhey said the pin number is wrong. I just use it twice today and yesterday I am sure I used the correct number and they do not want to cancel my booking so I can book somewhere else. Never again
