Fox run auto is amazing! Mike and his team of technicians are great! I dropped my Mercedes SUV off last Wednesday and they kept it for 4 days to make sure what I brought it in for was necessary. I had received a estimate from the dealership for something came shaft adjusters and I decided to take it to Fox Run Auto as they work on my Cadillac regularly for the maintenance and upkeep of that vehicle so I took it to them and told them what I was told by the dealership. Mike assured me that he would diagnose the issue and repair it! Mike drove it several times his technicians drove it several times over the course of 3 days and they Even did a 49 point system check which checks everything thing from the battery to the engine and found nothing wrong except a headlight. They did a great job changing my brakes. They gave a fair and reasonable estimate. Work was quickly done. I was in and out within a day with no issues. The brakes are working great so far and no issues with them as well.
