This is our preferred vendor for towing! They are quick to pick up vehicle and their employee's are on time and communicative and get customer's vehicle to our repair shop with such care. Ryan and Shay are huge assets to this company and really any employee you get sent to you to get your vehicle towed is a pleasure to deal with. Harassed by your employee in Wilsonville. Tailgated me was 1 inch behind my car, then stopped and then speed up like he was going to hit me. I was going to speed limit. I guess he didn’t like that idea. I have video if anybody wants to see it proof they come at me when I drove down the street Got out of their truck and was coming after me I’m 85 years old and handicap. Who knows would have happened to me if I didn’t have pepper spray in my car and I made them back off. knows would’ve happened 😡

Drivers have extreme road rage, with passengers in the cab with them. Then when you report it to dispatch they don’t do anything. Wouldn’t recommend if you want come respect or safety.

Scott came in on his day off, and got my family out of a tight spot. We really appreciated the kindness and professionalism, and really loved his entire response to our situation. He was human, and definitely showed his humanity when he helped us out. Over all, the stressful situation we were in felt a lot better with Scott being very knowledgeable about getting unstuck. My wife's vehicle would not start and computer screen showed sensor problems. Of course, this locked up the wheels and sterring and car was in our garage. Wife phoned Fox Towing (who we had used a couple times before with our older car) and talked to nice lady who took our information and said a driver would be dispatched shortly and that he would phone us when he was on his way. Within a few minutes we received the call from Jamie who said he was about 10 minutes away. He arrived, assessed the situation and worked on a solution. He thought we should try jump starting it so hooked up our Halo jump start box and after three tries it fired up. Car monitor screen still registered issues, but Jamie could back out vehicle and load on his truck. He took it to our local dealer shop promptly.
