I highly recommend this place, for what they didn't do! They rebuilt my Mustang tranny about 5 years ago (still running top notch by the way)!!, so when my mechanic suggested my Buick tranny was going, he recommended another place. They tried to convince me my tranny was going out in the Buick but couldn't give me any definitive answers. We had it towed to Fox Valley Transmission, and not only confirmed it was NOT the tranny, but refused to charge me for the time they had into it, even after I insisted! They want a customer for life, well, they have one now!

I've had my car in on two occasions; two years ago for a new clutch, and recently for a slave cylinder replacement. The service manager, Rob, is very thorough and even helped me to troubleshoot and resolve an unrelated exhaust issue. Service technician, Kyle, also did an outstanding job. Would definitely recommend this transmission specific shop for quality work at a reasonable rate.

After they fixed a seal in a transmission for me a couple years ago(still holding), I knew exactly where to go with my leaking transfer case. I was informed if what was needed, and the cost before the repair was done. When other related items were found to need replacing, i was called about that as well. They had my vehicle done quickly, and I'll definitely use them again when the need arises.
