I just moved to Kingstree. A neighbor recommended Foxworth's Tire and Auto. Bad move. Front end issue on my truck. First try, they strung me along 3 times on when I would hear back. "By Noon." Then, "By eve". Then, "Tomorrow morning." There's only so many times you can promise and NOT deliver. Also, they were SURE, it was the left tire...ball bearings. Right side? It's fine. I spoke to the owner, and he asked me to give them another chance. TWO WEEKS LATER, I go back for the same issue. Guess what it is? The RIGHT tire. The tire they claimed two weeks ago was, "Just fine". And, on top of that, even though they told me to bring it in that day before close, and they'd fix it next morning, they now tell me, "Can't get to it for another 5 DAYS." And, the owner's son feels the need to confront

I was very frustrated because they had my car for several days to change my tires and brakes but when I walked in to complain they explained to me what the hold up was and seemed genuinely apologetic which I really appreciate. They returned my car to me with new tires and brakes but only charged me for the tires (I didn’t ask for any discount) They were so nice even though I came in angry and it’s because of that that I do recommend this garage.

Mr. Jimmy and his fine crew are top notch! They are honest, and do a great job. Have used there services for several years, always pleased.

Mr. Foxworth was the best. He and his employees handled every issue I had about my Ram Truck and it’s tires. Prices were great, the work didn’t take long for my truck issues. I have used his shop since I arrived in Kingstree, SC. The inside of shop doesn’t make you feel like you’re at an Repair shop, it’s comfortable and relaxing. Thank you to all the employees.😇
