Worst experience ever at a Emissions station! Wish I could give negative stars. I pulled up with no one in line. I waited several minutes but did not see anyone or any signs of someone being there so I hunked my horn. Eventually an African American male slowly walked around from the back of the building on his phone and said "you didn't have to honk at me like that". I told him if it looked like someone was there I wouldn't have honked my horn as I drove off. I have been taking my vehicles here for years to get Emissions but NEVER again and will not recommend this Emissions station to anyone. There are too many Emissions stations around here for this type of service.

horrible place to get your car tested the places is run by an inexperienced lazy noon too smart guy I got there this morning and he had like 4 cars in line I thought 5 minutes each car I'll be out of here in like 30 minutes max time but I was so wrong the guy took almost an hour to get 2 cars tested by the time he got the second one tested there were to 2 more cars behind me I had to get down from my car and go to tell the other drivers to let me back up to leave, went to this other place in the corner of Pleasant hill Rd and Steve Reynolds blv and I got my car emission ready in 5 minutes

Says open online. It's Friday 9:27am and no one is here. Just a sign that says closed

Just went today for my test. The person who is working there was awful. I tried to have conversation with him about my car. He was violent and insulted me. I'm trying to find out who own the place to file complain.
