This is my second time visiting Frakes and I’m very happy with the work done! My first time was my rotors, they were the only people in town I could find that would put them on parts supplied, without a crazy high labor fee. This second time, I visited 3 different mechanics in town, NOBODY could tell me what was going on with my vehicle as it was an intermittent issue. I called Frakes, and Bryant’s confident “I can do it!” attitude reassured me 10x more than all the “ehh i don’t know” mechanics I’ve taken it to. Bryant was able to pin-point my main issues (Wheel Bearing & ABS sensor) and tell me what issues should try to be resolved first. These people were amazing . They helped me the most when I needed the help not only with getting my vechile in and working on it but also with financing part of it . They also showed me the things that were wrong before putting the new things on. Highly suggest this shop. The only shop who's actually honest . Thank you guys a million . My New go to shop . Great service great attention to detail, took my truck over there with a way better price quote than the original quote. Got me in the same day problem solved and then got my daughter in the same day after mine was done. Family owned and ran business and I will recommend them to anyone looking for a great auto service center. I had wheel bearing and ball joints and shel had a wheel bearing to fix a mystery problem with her gauges.

Would not recommend for anything, even diagnosis. Brought my 04 Buick Lesabre in for a Coolant Elbow leak. They diagnosed it as the water pump and replaced that and the upper intake gasket for $450. They suggested that they replace the lower intake gasket which had a slight drip, but it would be an additional $300, so I declined. After they replaced the water pump and upper intake gasket, it was still leaking coolant from the elbow. They said the elbows were part of the mid-intake and they would have to disassemble the whole intake to change them, quoting another $600 for new aluminum coolant elbows, a new lower intake gasket, and labor. I agreed, and upon receiving my finished car, noticed that the coolant level was low, the fuel evap lines and spark plug wires were not put in their harne
