So grateful , came in to get my Lexus looked at Fransico took great care of my car. Priced me out WAY less than the dealer and other shops I went to. My car was on the lot 2 days and it’s running like brand new. I was ready to give up coworker gave me a recommendation and I will make sure to pass it on

Get all estimates in writing. I was quoted 4-600 to do standard services. Francisco said he would cut me a break and the cost would not be the full amount (over 800). Bill came due and it was double. Nothing additional was done and nothing else needed than what was discussed. When questioned I got nothing but excuses and because I did not have it in writing he charged full pop for each service. Beware coming here and get everything in writing. For what I paid I could have just gone to the dealer.

I had an ignition coil problem about a month ago on my 2014 subaru wrx,I dropped it off that morning and by the end of the day I was able to pick my car up and drive it off..I had excellent service and excellent results! So I've had another hopefully minner issue yesterday with my wrx,so I dropped it back off and am waiting for results, I feel I will get trustworthy and reliable service this time around as well..
