FRANCONIA NATIONAL SHELL

Went to get my first car safety inspection the other day and I was pleasantly welcome by John asking for my car’s service needs etc. John is a polite, very nice, flexible and guy. Karsim was the car inspector at the time and he was also a nice person. He was prompt doing the inspection but thorough, and he knows his stuff. I took my second car in for service today, and they are still very good guys when it come to customers service demeanors. I am coming back for my next car service when needed. It’s just pleasant to interact with them. 👍🏼👍🏼 I would highly recommend this place.

I stopped by initially to get gas. However, I was having some tire issues. The team was very kind and helpful in resolving my issue quickly. I really appreciate their help! Deifnitely check them out if you're having car problems. I'm so sorry if this is not the correct spelling (which I should have asked for, but copied from another review) but Karsim went above and beyond.

Amazing customer service. Spoke with the manager Hassane, on my recent visit about concerns I had about my vehicle, and he gave me a very informed answers and took the time to actually verify his responses, not just telling me what I want to hear. He made me feel welcomed and treated me as if I had been going their for years. Thank you Hassan for making my first trip very pleasant. The prices were good, I spent about a hundred dollars to have the oil changed, air filter and cabin air filter changed. While he did seem to want my business, he didn't seem to push for it, which I greatly appreciated as different from my experiences in other places. Again, great experience in this shop, I will definitely be back again.

I have finally found my mechanic! The past couple of years I have been jumping around from one mechanic to another and I never was comfortable until went to Hassan. I went in because I ha sounds when I was turning my car and two other mechanic shops told me that my strut assembly (the most expensive part of the suspension) needed to be replaced. Hassan was honest with me and told me that he could not pinpoint where the sound was coming from, but he noticed worn out bushings on my control arm. He advised that we replace those first because its they were visibly cracked. his honesty showed when he told me to replace the control arms first because they were cheaper and they eventually were going to completely go bad.
