Franco's Paint & Body Shop

I was in a wreck in my 1995 Mazda Miata, and I didn’t think it was fixable. At other corporate body shops, I was quoted nearly $10,000 and told it would take 4 months minimum. When I came to Franco’s, they quoted me less than half of that, and I was back in my car the same month. They did an incredible job, and were responsive with updates and communication the whole way through. My 30 year old car looks completely brand new, and it’s all thanks to Franco’s. I cannot recommend this shop enough!

I came into the shop crying and stressed after someone hit my car, and they treated me with so much kindness. As a woman with no family in Denton, I really appreciated how safe and supported I felt here. It’s family-owned, and the ladies at the front gave me tissues, water, and reassurance. They gave me a fair quote, kept great communication, and my car looks even better than before and I didn’t even get it painted! Highly recommend. They’re the best!!

I had my motorcycle fender damaged due to someone backing into it in the parking lot and I had contacted Alex from Franco’s body shop to get it replaced and fixed. As you can see below they have done an amazing job at a very affordable price. I recommend anyone looking for any body work and paint touch ups.

Tremendous work quality at great value from Franco’s. I was so pleased with the final repair work; I brought 3 of my vehicles back-to-back to them. Nancy and Alex Franco provided outstanding communication, always letting us know what was happening with our vehicles. Exceptional customer service from Franco’s that is rare these days. I strongly recommend this business.

The reason for the poor review was due to the poor service and color matching I received. I’m sure they do a good job on easy colors but I have a matte grey suv and it took them months to “match” I finally got my car back and the bumper was installed wrong, and the color does not match the rest of the car. Now I have to go to another auto body shop to have them fix their poor work. Im so frustrated with the amount of money I spent to even deal with Franco’s and now I’ll be out even more trying to fix their terrible work
