Such an easy and great experience. I got what I came for.

I bought a car from them a few years ago, my sales person was great, the guy that did my paperwork. Ehhhh. BUT... after my car was totaled, I had to work with Erin to get my GAP insurance canceled. She was FANTASTIC! I felt she went above and beyond, was more communicative than the lending company. Because of her great customer service I will be back. Thank you Erin!

I purchased a used truck there and it needed a shock. It was covered under warranty. It took them almost 4 months to get the shock in. The service advisor never called me to update me. I would not use them for repairs again. I went back in later because I was worried about the vehicle running out of warranty and I told him that I wanted 100,000 mile extended warranty. The lady assured me that’s what I was purchasing. I just tried to use the warranty and found out she sold me a 75,000 mile warranty and told me that it was financed it 10 months 0% interest. Will come to find out it’s at 18 months is 0% financing. So I don’t trust anything they say in their service department is very poor under communication. I would highly discouraged anybody from having the same experience and I had there.

My understanding they stepped up and helped a kid out who got scammed by another dealership. Good job guys 👍 👍 👍
