He said one price over the phone and when I went to him, he said plus installation when I was about to pay he was saying extra charge for paying in card so deal with everything before you go to him, and it was not the boss it was a manager over there who is also doing mechanic work over there Technician capabilities 3/5 Meaning, if you have a regular car, it’s OK to do it over here. If you have anything that is luxury not usual you’ll have to think about it. Timing:5/5 they they were very fast. Wait zone :0/5 There was absolutely no place to wait no chairs. Nothing there were chairs over there fell of engine oil so if you plan to drop it and wait, don’t do that. Customer service:2/5 The two workers were friendly and easy to deal with

I've been coming to Franks tire shop since I was a kid. This morning my wheels were stolen from my apartment complex. I had no where to turn. Decided to call Franks, and they came out within 15 minutes with a set of rims and tires, and installed them on my vehicle that was sitting on bricks. I also purchased hubcaps from them as well. In a moment on confusion and desperation, Franks saved the day. They are loyal, and I highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you Franks, may God bless you!

Franks Tire is a good spot, BUT the car wash that is with them is a JOKE. Just went by and to get the carpet vacuumed. The 15 yo boy called some lady, and i was told to do the full car they wanted $280.00. Using a translate app i told the boy all I want was to have the carpet vacuumed up that is ALL. He called the woman back and he asked how much, he told me $180.00, just to vacuum inside! STAY AWAY, TO HARD-TO-GET INSTRUCTIONS CLEAR, AND WAY TOO MUCH MONEY. RIP-OFF, JOKE, SCAM, & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. AGAIN Franks Tire is a good spot, BUT the car wash that is with them is a JOKE.

Randomly stopped here due to low tire pressure and tire not seeming to fill up. It was the closest place. They looked over the tire carefully and found nothing but filled up with air for me. Super nice and didn’t charge much!

I have stop here couple of times for low tired etc. morning guys are amazing and friendly and honestly i feel they are more honest than the evening personnel. I stop to get a tired replace and was interested on using the snap finance but turns out that they will adjust the prices higher and try to explain how it work but i completely understand of how it works and in my personal opinion i did consider a rip off/ fraud. And will not recommend or stop by this location honestly read the reviews before because they are ripping people off.
