Some months back, I had my sienna in for routine maintenance regarding the sparkplugs. Them comes the time where I need to do a smog check only to fail it because one of the vacuum nipples on the air filter box had been broken and taped up. So I had to dish out another 60$ to get that fixed and another 20$ for a retest. That should be all right? Wrong! I now have multiple cylinder, misfires. I'm never coming back here again. They are so lazy with their professionalism and ethics!

I just left the shop an hour ago. Panda is extremely knowledgeable. Really good hearted person and very reasonable.

Their honest and fair and seem pretty knowledgeable (not that I would know otherwise) but they are a little behind the times. They will only accept cash and I didn't sign a single piece of paper - nothing but a handshake. But that's just how they roll it seems; after fixing my car they let me quickly run to an ATM to get cash to pay them in the car they had just fixed :)

I wanted to change brake pads for my car. I had the parts with me. The owner is a good person. But Panda was not there. The two guys working there were charging $250. I hope Panda takes notice.

I am going on a trip at the end of the month and I wanted them to check my front brakes for me to make sure they were in good working order. I asked them how much they would charge just to check the front brakes. The guy said I could pay him whatever I wanted. He checked the brakes and he called me over to show me that I had plenty of brake pad left. He estimated I had another 15,000 miles to go on the brake pads that I had. I paid him $10 for checking the brake pads and he seemed good with that. I asked him how much he would charge me in the future for a front brake job. And he said $100. How reasonable is that! This is a great place to go to get your work done on your car. They do great work for pennies on the dollar.
