Franklin Farmers Cooperative

I really like this Co-op location in Franklin County. They have a really nice home with a good section where you can find lots of great gift ideas and practical things for home. The staff has always been extremely friendly the times I've gone. We've purchased feed, among other things, in the past when we were raising chickens and horses at my house. It's overall a great place to do business with.

The Co-op is laid out nicely with a modern showroom that is bright and well organized. The staff was well versed in their products and eager to help with recommendations and advice.

I’ve never seen a less professionally run operation and wanted to relay my impressions. I’m in the area for a few days and needed a few routine maintenance things done to the car. I dropped the car off for over five hours yesterday, but when I went back they hadn’t even started working on it yet. No calls, no anything. The guy at counter did say that there was about three cars in front of me when I left it, but with multiple work bays I thought it would be fine. When I went back to pick the car up 5+ hours later, the guy at the counter apologized and said to come back when they open at 7 am today and they’d jump on it So I got there about ten minutes before 7 today. Great store! Needs customer service!! Dark haired girl at the front with the cross tattoo on her arm… super snappy and rude. I asked her where something was, she cut me off mid sentence and told me they didn’t carry that. Just to talk to her- I assume boyfriend standing there awkwardly and to sit back down. I ended up finding the stuff I needed. No thanks to her..

I came in the other morning to get something but I was really put off by the cashier soon as I came in she started complaining to me about the drama and person who buys the inventory and other personal issues it was inappropriate and made me want to leave the store as soon as possible I just want to let the management know cause I love this store and the product are great but that experience was uncomfortable I didn’t get her name but she had dark curly hair she was cashier that day I came to shop not hear about her personal issues it was very unprofessional and made the whole store feel toxic I hope management handles this because I hate to half to find new place to shop
