I recently purchased a 2023 F250 King Ranch at Franklin's Spring Creek Ford and a great experience it was. The listing came up on my Facebook feed, I called and made a 3 1/2 hr. drive from NE FL., he truck was exactly as advertised. One of the quickest I ever purchased, no hassles, no surprises as most was done over the phone on the road. My Salesman "Pete" was very knowledgeable about the truck, very down home professional personality who I could relate to made it easy. Dave, in finance was great explaining ever detail. Although getting close to closing time I inquired cost and installation time for a front leveling kit and new off road tires. Parts and tires were in stock. Although, we are repeat customers, we have always gotten top-notch and honest service from Spring Creek. Our previous salesman left, but he recommended another that met our expectations and answered all the important questions that helped our buying decision. We needed to have a baseline by driving a competitor's vehicle and no high-pressure tactics were used to influence our decision. I highly recommend Franklin's Spring Creek Ford. I had the best experience buying a car recently. The salesman, finance manager and office staff were all great to work with. They were friendly, honest and quick. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. They also have a great selection of vehicles for being in a small town. Don't waste your time somewhere else. Try them first.

Found this dealership after I moved near here and I am glad I did. Their service department is A+ and great to visit. Watching and listening to them interact with customers as well as myself is a pleasure for sure. Not too many places that really take care of their customers anymore,, but these guys and gals do a super job. You’re missing out if you don’t give them a chance.
