We had been taking our cars to Frank's Auto for years and felt they did a pretty good job. I took my Audi in to have the brakes changed and it was quite expensive (which I expected). Frank's charged me for OEM brakes but put on after market brakes made by a third party. I didn't realize this at first, and took the car back in and told them the brakes were squeaking like crazy. They told me this was normal and keep driving on it and it would eventually go away. I then realized they put on aftermarket brakes and charged me for the Audi OEM brakes. I confronted them about this and only then did they switch out the brakes and put on what I had originally paid for. So, they basically were trying to pocket the money and cheat me. I took pictures of all this. We have never been back. 2 stars to

I’ve been taking my cars and trucks to Sean “Franks Auto” for thirty years. Every time I take my car to get fixed Sean fixes something for free. He does an amazing job and fixes my car the right way. When I settle with Sean he takes money off the bill if it’s necessary. I know personally Sean has a lifetime of experience, he uses quality parts and always makes time to take care of my vehicles. If Sean is busy, I wait because I know Franks Auto is going to do quality work the correct way. Dustin Obray

Absolutely top tier service. I have been screwed over my mechanics so much in the past and I thought that would be the same here. They did such an amazing job though because I was so rude to them only for them to provide so much detail and help. Thank you Sean for dealing with me. You can really trust these people

Honest and trustworthy! After getting new tires I was told by the tire shop I had bad ball joints and that they wouldn't do an alignment because it would be pointless without new ball joints (they wanted over $1000). Told them I was going to get another opinion. Franks Auto looked at my vehicle and said that they looked fine to him. I let him know what the tire shop said. He said sometimes shops say and do things like that. He took my vehicle to an alignment place he recommends and personally told them what he found and that he wanted them to do an alignment. He told me that the alignment place agreed with him and that my ball joints were fine. Frank's auto saved me $1,000 in unnecessary repairs from what those other shops would have charged me and did not try to lie and try to trick me
