Frank's Battery - Chula Vista

The place was clean, just great . I was in at approx 910 left at around 925. Couldn’t believe it. I kinda hope someone in my family needs a battery soon, we will be coming back here.

My car began to act up a few weeks ago and I didn’t know why. (No lights on my dash were lit). I rushed to Franks just before they stopped installations (5pm) and Josh was able to help me sooooo quick! Josh tested my battery and had a new one purchased and installed and on my way with in 5min! Could Not recommend this business enough for battery services!

I’ve passed this location many times throughout the years, yesterday I needed their services to purchase a battery and I have to say I highly recommend Frank’s Battery. The two young ladies working the counter were very helpful and knowledgeable, they offer great pricing and different options. Keep up the great service!

Plus they actually owner there warranty

If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased a battery less than 5 months ago. We were never told about a warranty being only two months and the battery was completely dead and we couldn't get it to charge at all. Was told to come down to their shop to "see what we can do" only to be told to buy another one. Then being told "we tell everyone it's two months" I was there during the purchase and was never told that. Horrible service.
