Frank's European Service

Great friendly people here. Took my Tesla Model 3 for some rear suspension noise.They were able to knock it out in no time. They take pictures and notify you of anything extra that they think needs addressing of course you can opt out of doing the jobs they find, I find that to be very thorough. They have a shuttle service in case you need to get back to where you need to, as well as an after hours pickup option if you’re unable to pick your vehicle up during normal business hours, very convenient!

I had an excellent experience with Frank’s European Service. From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The shop was clean and well organized, and they even offered me coffee, which was a nice touch. They also provided transportation to and from the location, which I honestly did not expect. What really stood out was their communication. They kept in touch promptly and were very detail-oriented throughout the entire process. My visit was on December 31st, and because of the holidays I fully expected things to move slowly and assumed I’d need to leave my car there for a couple of days. I once had a co-worker tell me that "there's no such thing as an honest mechanic". I can only assume he had a very bad experience with that particular mechanic. Well, I'm here to say I've experienced nothing like that at Frank's European Service. My Service Advisor, Eric Jackson, was an upstanding professional in his craft and made me feel comfortable in my decision in choosing Frank's European Service. My wife's 2016 Range Rover had a coolant system leak that left various engine parts a complete mess. Eric gave me the rundown on what the problem was, what needed to be replaced, how it was going to be replaced and kept me apprised with updates. I can’t comment on their mechanic skills, but they are very nice people and helpful. I was visiting Las Vegas and my rental car broken into and quite a few items stolen. 3 weeks later, one of the employees found my keys along the road outside of their shop. They took the time to scan my tile and send a message to me. I offered to pay to have them shipped to me, they refused to have me pay and sent them to me. Thanks Travis!
