They were straight with me. Very fair. Took me into the garage and showed me what was wrong with the car, which I really appreciated.

Called Franks and shared they no longer do fleet work and gave a fantastic referral to another mechanic. For someone to do that means they do great work as well as the company they referred spoke highly of Franks. From one business owner to another, I know when I refer someone, it means a lot. I recently moved to Lancaster and I was looking for a good mechanic shop in the area. I read the GOOD reviews online and wanted to check it out for myself. The staff are very friendly and they make you feel very welcomed. The mechanics are honest and don't try to sell you extra parts that you don't need. They just fix whats wrong with your car and they give you honest recommendations. Everyone who goes there seems to have a great experience as well. Had a great first impression on me and I will be returning there for my next service. They will most likely be my new go to mechanic shop. I recommend Frank's Garage to anyone. I’m so happy, I finally found my mechanic! I moved to Lancaster 3 years ago, and have been searching for a mechanic I like. I decided to try Frank’s Garage because it’s right around the corner from my house. I’m so happy I did! I went to drop my car and met Gary. Super sweet and friendly, they did the work the next day and left my car in the lot for me to pick up that night. My car drives great, and price was good! Thanks Gary and Nicole! My boyfriend will now be coming to y’all as well.
