Frank's Garage

this place has poor customer service. the lip under my car popped off on the thru way, i call the nearest garage around after AAA won’t come without towing it. Called twice, second time im greeted with a “hello”. i say “hello is this franks garage”. “Yea what do you need he says”…. cool, i tell him i just need to remove a few bolts to pull the piece off, or zip tie it. “ahh, our lifts are all in use and we’re leaving soon.” (it’s 4:15) google says closed @5:30, i assume maybe even 5. but sheesh, i took it down to the Turning Stone and their DESK guy zip tied my car for free, and earned a $100 tip…

Best mechanic I've used bar none (and I'm 45 years old so I've used a lot of mechanics.) Frank's Garage have always been fair or more than fair with pricing and speed. They have worked on all of my families various cars and trucks for years now and I will not use anyone else. If there is a way to get a solid repair completed without spending a lot of money these guys always go that extra mile in order to save me money. I can't think of a business that I value more than Frank's Garage....keep up the great work you guys and THANKS- Brian Murphy-

My trusted repair shop. I guess as you get older you relaize the the mainstream quick services suck and like a PC physician you look for someone you trust. Steve, Joe and Frank are very straight shooters. Awesome guys you can trust to do the repairs correctly the first time.

Quality work at a more than a fair price always willing to explain what the problem is and the best way to take care of it.
