Been min. But wanted to post this for awhile, just never got around to it ...got the eclipse bout 5 years ago, awesome car, still drove even after was in an accident. Still drove like new. But now I'm driving one of their Chrysler 300 and honestly two of the best cars I've ever owned. Running wise and looking wise. Will continue to go back for business here and would highly recommend to anyone. Yes like some said, prices are lil higher but, you pay for what you get, a great dang car!

Purchased a truck there, I drove it off the lot and the 02 sensor went off. I reset it and it goes off every 25 miles. Truck has no heat, the blend door actuator does not work. That place sells junk. I have only driven this truck a 1,000 miles. One thousand miles and it’s junk. Second problem, I’ve had it for six months, the PA inspection is due no one will inspect the truck because the frame is rotted out.Owner Dave said he would purchase the truck back. I stopped in he has never returned my call. Under truck chassis is shot. Had to get it inspected after owning it for six months no one will inspect it. Three different shops said there is no way this rusted out like this in six months

Worst experience I ever had buying a car my car is not even a year old and I had to put a new Turbo every wheel bearing sway bar . Now my car is having its transmission rebuilt it’s at the garage . When I called to see if these people would help me they called a name I couldn’t repeat !!! They a shisters and I everyone I talked to said they wouldn’t buy anything from these shisters ! I have 6 grand in a car that was a 2014 that I haven’t had a year ! These people should feel ashamed they called me word I can’t repeat when I asked how they were gonna help me ! Everyone in town agreed my first mistake was going to those cons !!! Lesson learned the stress over this Lemon which I’m now looking into calling the Better Buisness Bureau !! What ever you do. Do not trust these people at all. I decided to purchase a 2008 dodge ram over phone. Yet went over the pictures maintenance program and then warranty. How bad can it be. Well they lie. First the truck had so much rust I grinded the whole truck down. Which when they took pictures they slapped cheap rustoleum paint to hide. Second steering box leaking,trans leaking, ball joints bad, suspension bad, exhaust manifold leak, lifter tick, radiator bad, window molding leaking. Rust on inside rockers. Rear end leak. Gas tank roller valve bad. They give you a warranty that is worthless. And tell you their mechanic is the best. Now I'm a mechanical guy. Their mechanic is garbage and these people will lie through their teeth. And as soon as you respond on behalf of a garbage vehicl

My mom has been buying from Frank’s for probably about 30 years! She bought a “new” car in June of 2020, shortly after someone hit her. Long story short, the insurance is just now getting things going about it (end of January 2021). After the owner heard what what happened and how her insurance won’t cover a rental, they went and paid for a rental for her til they can get all the paper work taken care of and til she can take the car! My mother’s cars has always lasted her 10 plus years. The fact that they went above and beyond where others have falling short for my mother is simply amazing! This is a wonderful business that I’ll always recommend, and I’ll forever be thankful for!
