Long story short, I got a new car through Carvana and there were some issues that only became evident to me after my 7 day return period. I brought it to Franky for an inspection and it quickly became evident that it was gonna be a long process to get me dealt with. 3 months later (which was in no way a fault of Franky's) I am finally squared away with Carvana, but throughout that process Franky displayed a huge amount of professionalism and care when working with me or on my behalf. I am a believer that being a good person usually bleeds into having good business practices, and Franky exemplifies that. If you are looking for someone that you can trust to do the right thing with your vehicle, this shop will probably be up your alley.

First time customer here. I am so impressed with the service and communication. They immediately informed me of the issue with my car and had a plan to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. As a woman I felt very comfortable with this business, 10/10 recommend.

Great shop! I usually go to another auto body shop, but they were booked up until the end of the week. I really needed my headlights replaced quick, seeing that I drive at night. Brad really took the time out to install my headlights correctly and realigned my front bumper to do so. Franky also educated me on problems that could arise with my model car, which I thoroughly appreciated as well. I will definitely be coming back for more auto body work in the future.

I was referred to Franky by my warranty company. This is by far one of the best repair experiences I have ever had. It's always stressful to have to put your car in the shop, but Franky made this process less stressful. I was updated at every step of the process. Communication from beginning to end was top tier! I didn't even have to get my husband to speak to anyone because they took the time to educate me. Brad is a 5 star employee! He stayed to make sure I got my car back on a Friday evening.
