They made an offer through Cargurus, verified to be in the ballpark over the phone. I came in ready to go and they offered me $7k less. Car did have an accident (deer hit, broken headlight, repaired) on Carfax, but that was disclosed on the questionnaire and on the phone. This Carfax ding was cited as the sole reason they offered me $7k less. Acted as if I was an idiot: “the people with the dough to buy this car won’t buy it with an accident on carfax”. Wasted a few hours of my day because they’re lazy with their sales funnel.
I found myself in a very stressful situation having to drive to Exton, PA from Massachusetts to quickly sell my elderly dad's car for which he was no longer using. I had only a few days to accomplish this task. Fred Beans came through with a very fair price and a great plan. I could not have been more impressed with how Fred Beans came through with this! They offered me a very fair price and handled ALL of the paperwork and made it as easy as possible for me and my father. I am forever grateful for their professionalism, flexibility, communication and knowledge. I honestly could not be more impressed with them. I highly recommend!
