Quick and easy drop off & p/u. Team members made sure any available service specials were applied. Of particular note, everyone I dealt with, from the initial confirmation call after my online appointment was made to the check in & check out at the service department, could not have been nicer while still being professional in making sure my service needs were met and understood. Took 4 attemps to make a transmission repair and still not right. But no one answers or responds. They never even repaired the infortanamaint system issues. Just flat out ignored them 5 times. They obviously dont care about customers and arent capable of making repairs correctly. There are more qualified dealers that actually can make repairs without damaging vehicles. Not worth the hassle and run around

I was able to make an appointment for service at a convenient time and day. I pulled in early, and they took my truck right away. The inspection was about an hour, and the service rep kept me informed the whole time. The inspections are free because I bought my truck there (just had to pay for the sticker). I had some general questions which the service manager helped answer, and they gave me a list of what should be done within a timely manner.

Service advisor did a great job and kept me informed of the status throughout the service visit. I would highly recommend their service department.

Great customer service! I came in with a variety of issues with my Blazer and the staff clearly explained what needed to be done and what was optional. The service department staff was very friendly and the waiting room was comfortable and had space to set up my laptop.
