Ray and Kyle were genuine lifesavers. It's my very first car that I've bought myself, and they stayed almost 2 hours after closing to make sure I was able to take my new car home with me. They were patient, knowledgeable, and generally really reassuring for me as a young woman buying my first car. I'm excited to see the quality of service I'll get from this dealer in the future.

Now I understand why this dealership has 2 stars. They did not want to drop the price to $301 to sell a $25300 EV car. If the price was under $25k I would be eligible for EV tax reduction but they did not want to drop. What a bad management!!!!

Mailing went out to VW owners for Service Specials. The phone number was wrong and listed Fred Beans Ford. An appt was mistakenly made at Ford instead of VW! Texted Beans and girl responded it was my fault. Yeah Right. Dropped off car for oil change. 2008 Jetta 2.5 litre holds 6.5 quarts. Picked up car, checked oil and it was 1/2 quart low. Returned and Service Rep added a quart. I hope filter was changed since it is under the car?? Text said I needed: Spark plugs, I installed Iridium 600 miles ago. Air filter needed, I installed one 2000 miles ago. Coolant needed changing 2008 Jetta has LIFETIME COOLANT. I did not complete my service I initially requested, but the overall experience was good! The service was great. Communication was great. Pricing is about average as it is still a dealership doing the services.
