Fred Loya Insurance

If i can give them a negative stars I would. They are a scam. How does someone put themselves on some else's plan without the main plan holder be present. They put someone we do not know on our plan. We went to cancel today and told us we had to pay a cancellation fee🤯. Never have I heard of this. If you go on their website you can do an online change of address but its not considered a change. The female that helped us today laughed when my husband was stating facts. They have bad customer service. She kept saying I just work here. If you work there you should know the answers to the questions the customers have. Avoid Fred Loya

Dont use Fred Loya car insurance unless you want to be scammed out of your hard earned money. Fred Loya insurance added someone to my policy without my authorization and my monthly payment went up. I went in to cancel my insurance and the lady helping us laughed like its a joke and just saying "I just work here" Please take my advice and go with a better insurance company. They will also charge you an additional $50 to cancel and it may take up to 2weeks for them to cancel until i guess management looks at my account, so in the mean time I'm still getting charged until management looks at my account even though I went in today to cancel. I'm just giving heads up. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Go elsewhere these people are horrible..currently have a claim with them and thw adjuster does not answer and even has a full mailbox..and don't even try her boss he won't answer either..my daughter current has broken glasses and I don't have a phone and have to use my daughters because they won't answer the phone to replace our belongings due to their driver not knowing how to drive this is seriously pathetic..currently in the process to file a complaint through the better business bureau

Miguel Caldera is the most unpleasant unprofessional dismissive employee I've met lately His insured hit my car ran Pulled a gun on me and this guy wasn't the slightest bit concerned of my welfare. I tried to give the police report told him myself and the dispatcher went over the license plate number 3 times before the police 🚔 arrived and the police gave me the information He shouldn't be working with the public!!! I told him I am a Disabled Veteran and have PTSD he ignored me then went on to say did I write the offenders license plate number down!!!! Smh I said I was on a hands free call with 911 I gave the information as the incident was happening!!!! How else would I know the policy holder's info and contact you???!!????, Buyer beware They don't care about the public

San Antonio is military USA. You would think the Fred Loya respected that. My son went into the armed forces and sold his car they have continued to charge him because they want him to come in to cancel. He cannot leave base to do so. This is ridiculous and unnecessary.
