We went on a Saturday 11/26/2022 around 1:40pm but they close at 2:00 pm But we’ve been trying to call that office all morning and no answer finally she answered the phone around 1:05 PM so we headed up there . It took us 25 minutes to get there . when we got there she didn’t even acknowledge us didn’t even tell us to go ahead and sit down how can I help you she was so rude to us . she didn’t want to help us we already had got a quote from her and certainly she doesn’t remember anything first of all she told us to bring the car so that’s what we did. And for her to end up saying that she couldn’t help us at all . that is terrible terrible customer service and she had a bad attitude to very very very rude and her name is Maria.
