Fred Loya Insurance

The cheapest I found out there for my 2 year old Honda car! Every mayor insurance wanted over 260 bucks and Fred Loya did a similar full coverage for $137 1st year, $167 2nd year because they said taxes had gone up😔 still best price I got out there!

Have always Loved Fred Loya ! Great Affordable Insurance ..however, There must be personal issues amongst staff with this location...One agent won't honor another agents quote?? and then give me ridiculous reasons just so it wont be honered?? I understood my driving record isnt the best , but to charge AAA prices and no help whatsoever to find discounts, no thanks .On top of that I was not allowed any copies of paperwork, when asked? Against policy?? Every other location works Excellent ! I'm sorry Fred Loya,that this location gives you guys a bad rep. Customer Service Training Needed

these guys are the worst...pay the extra money and get state farm,allstate or esurance...quick turn around and great customer service...then they put you on hold on purpose....low rate insurance company...

It says it's opened and I went to both inside cardenas and no on else there and the office is closed. They need to update the hours.

I had an accident where someone hit me in the back and ran. Fred loya does not cover that. Now I have to wait until my lawyer settles with them. Wish me luck.
