Very professional staff. Angel although new to the company, has exemplary people skills and was very easy to talk to. Quite down to earth. Jeanette was very helpful and patient as well. And the rate? Fantastic. I'm beyond pleased compared to what I've been paying for the last number of years with Nationwide. I do not recommend Nationwide. 11 years no incidents, and my rate only kept going up, then they canceled it because I moved to a different state NOT because of nonpayment. Apparently, I was supposed to redo the whole thing over the phone and I wasn't aware of this. Only to find out that even though they had my money they canceled my policy. Then they wanted $1000 to reinstate it when I was only paying roughly $240 a month. So all of those years of being loyal, they wouldn't budge on p

Fred Loyal Insurance.dont care about you but your money and there attitudes stinks. If you pay on time,Fred loyal insurance already cancelled your insurance policy and then make you start all over and charge you more and I had full coverage through them, and Fred Loyal insurance will auction your car off without your permission,you have to know what you doing messing with Fred loyal insurance, and then when you find out what they up to and you call them,they offer you 1000 and if you keep your car,they send you a 500 hundred dollar check, I don't know,maybe cause I'm Black got treated that way or I just didn't pay close attention what they doing. They all have attitudes.

I got into a car accident totally not my fault. We both insured with Fed Loya insurance. Got my quote for the damage pretty quickly. So a week pass by thinking I’ll get my car fixed by then or I’ll hear from them. So I called the 800 number. Spoke with the people transferred me to my claims adjuster David Perez. Left a voicemail and he got back with saying he can’t get in contact with the person that hit me. Not knowing he buying time cause what people don’t know they have 30 days prior your accident to fix your car. If they don’t fix it in that time frame they’ll close your case. So I had to reach out to the people that was at fault myself so we called on 3 way talk with David Perez the claim adjuster that Tuesday still haven’t called me. So I called the 800 number that Friday to find out

Why are yall so incompetent? Somebody can’t call and pay their insurance without holding 40 mins or getting hung up on. What’s so hard? Then somebody said they have my “agent “ online to assist me. They never answered I called back and a girl hung up.

It took forever to be seen even though it was only two customers in the office,me included and two employees working.The service was not so great.The agent had to keep asking her coworker questions as if she didn’t know what she was doing.I started to leave then someone else came over to help me.Do go if you don’t have over a hour to waste.
