Make sure the insurance representative goes over your coverage with you. And explains to you what your car is covered under. Unfortunately, I have had a negative experience with this company. Very unhelpful. Very negligent representatives. Cheap insurance is not always helpful. I would look elsewhere!

Hanford CA Location, Leslie is amazing she helps her customers to the best of her ability. When you walk in your always greeted, even if they are on the phone assisting another customer. They are very helpful and down to earth. I definitely recommend Fred Loya Insurance.

I went to go to make my insurance payment and they close about 15 minutes before their advertising business hours, so disappointed as I rushed to hanford from lemoore to make it on time, my effort was in vain.
