Fred Loya Insurance

I was in the process of buying a new car and purchasing full coverage insurance. I first went in for a quote at the Fred Loya located at 7930 Gulf Fwy STE 200, Houston, TX 77017 and the young lady gave me excellent customer service. I needed to bring the car in for pictures so decided to go to this location to do so as it was closer to the dealership. Another young lady assisted me and wish I would have gone to the first location. As we started doing the paperwork I asked if I could use the restroom. She pointed at a sign on the wall and said " Sorry, we don't have public restrooms". This young lady proceeded to take over 45 minutes to do the damn paper work! Only reason I stayed is because I needed to get the insurance and email it to my financial institution before 5pm to pick up the car

Extremely disappointed I was a client for over 15 days , and guess what ?? When I tried to add to my new car to an existing police ( where I had to cars) trying to add a full coverage I found out a that was obligated to paid a 300 non refundable deposit in order to add just one car , is this make any sense ??? I mean 15 years and they want me to pay 300 non sense … so a just made a smart decision and cancel my police … thanks god I found an emphatic company where I just had to pay 54 dls deposit …. Thank you fed loya for under appreciation of an old very old client!
