Fred Loya Insurance

This has to be the worst FL in laredo, i called several times only to be put on mute. I needed to make an urgent payment. And never got a full answer and the last time i called the unprofessional employee did not say a anything else other than “hello” and put me on hold. Very unprofessional. The integrity of the employees in this location needs to be reevaluated asap. Some people get out of work late and have very little time to rush to a location before they close. Not this one the employees in this locations are clowns wasting peoples times and milking the clock. Fred loya do better in this location. The magnitude of disappointment is unbelievable. I hope something is done about the employees here.

I had this insurance and when I had a accident they didn't help me at all I still haven't fix my car from last year.

I gave negative feedback because I asked why my rate went up if I could cancel the policy the next day, and what the refund percentage would be. No digital ID cards were issued, and no receipt was given. She said it's all pro-rated, and you must contact accounting for the refund.
