I haven't had a problem with them. Cheap insurance, good app, good customer service.

Absolutely shameful on how this company handles its consumers. I had an issue with my policy contacted the location where I started my policy and was told I had been given a coorperate number. I called this number only to find that the person gave me the number to speak to another Sales person such as themselves, at a different location. No help given. My only resolution is to cancel my policy and take my business elsewhere. Was also told i had paid first and last payment on my policy when it was opened, and today i was told that, in fact that was not true, that i had paid first month, plus fees. Absolutely Horrible. Shameful, Absolutely Shameful. Find a different company to do business with. 1 star is far more than deserved.

This insurance company has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I want to highlight some key points that illustrate my experience: 1. The deductible is an outrageous $3,500, and unfortunately, that's all the coverage they provide. 2. The level of coverage they offer is significantly below industry standards and again thats the only coverage they provide. Now, let me share my frustrating experience. I was involved in an accident back in June of this year. From that moment on, my dealings with this company have been nothing short of exasperating. It took them until early November—nearly five months—to submit the necessary paperwork to the other insurance company to process my claim. So, this is the 2nd time me and my husband have come here and worked w the same person. She’s extremely lazy. Her name is Samantha I believe. She sits at the desk to the left when you’re walking in. The first time she had the doors locked 10min before closing and tried to deny us assistance. This time, I asked if I could pay w routing and account # and she said “I mean yeah but you’ll need a check #.. do you have checks?” And I said “No I don’t think so, there’s no way to do it without a check?” She said no. So I called Fred Loya on 20th & avenue i, and he said “you can just put 1 as the check number. But if you want I’ll just take the payment over the phone for you to help you out.” That’s customer service, helping the best he possibly could. All she had to do was work w me and help m

I haven't had any issues with Fred Loya's insurance. The girls in the office were really nice. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
