HORRIBLE INSURANCE COMPANY!! I have been with fred loya for 3 years paying $262 a month!!!! They did not inform that if I was to get into an accident that they do not cover rental cars! And now that I got hit and my car is in the shop I got informed that fred loya DOES NOT cover car rentals. And because the person that hit me has state farm. State farm has been so amazing even though we are going though claims they are so helpful we are switching insurance companies!!!!!! To STATE FARM!!!!!

Worst insurance you can get. They are always raising your monthly payment without reason. They raised my insurance because I was too young 🤣 I am 28 and married its not like I'm 18, and this company doesn't give you your discount when you turn 25. There are better and cheaper insurances I changed to state farm and I am paying 98 a month vs here I paid 127. Spend your money else were, the law requires you to have insurance so go with the cheapest one.

This is an awful insurance company that shouldn’t be allowed to operate and rip people off. Though they’ve been sued and a lot of bad reviews they do nothing to try and fix it. We were hit by a person that has their insurance right before Christmas and the ticket shows it was their fault and the adjusters just keep giving us the run around m. Please don’t use this insurance company and enable them to keep taking peoples money and not holding up to their bargain.

Cant leave 0stars so im forced to give 1. Had them for 5 years then when I needed liability coverage was denied over some made up rule that I had to prove my car was in the shop even though I told them the car wasn't in my name. Liz Lugo or logo should be fired for denying me my claim # 62-313623. Nowhere in any paper I signed did it state I can only qualify if my car is in shop. Definition of liability: What is liability insurance? Liability insurance helps cover medical and legal fees if you're held legally responsible for someone else's injury, or damage to someone else's property. Drivers are required to carry liability insurance in nearly every state. Technically the car was in was my mom's name yet I was still denied and it's STILL under her name. Currently looking for a lawyer. Don

Was overcharged because they wouldn't cancel my policy, even after calling multiple people and getting put on hold CONSTANTLY. Charged for services I was not longer using. A BIG NO FOR FRED LOYA INS
