Fred Loya Insurance

What a joke this company is, I was hit by one of their insured drivers. My car was totaled.. not one auto body shop would touch my car saying Fred loya Doesn’t pay! So I had to go through my own insurance on top of that I had injuries that Fred loya agreed to pay amount of $2500. My accident happened in December 2024 here we are August 2025 and they still have not yet paid and keep giving us a runaround saying it’s still in the processing department. This has been going on for months now I am being held liable to pay my medical bills.. how is this company still in business??

Unprofessional refused to help me get my insurance paid even after given my address and first and last name and now I don’t even want to go throw this company anymore for insurance. I’m don’t have to pick you guys. But refusing to take care of me I’m good. I’ll go to a competitor thank “Isaura Urbian” the “manager” at 120 and Washington I will not be paying for insurance this month thanks to poor in store customer service provided. Update it’s now Monday and the lady mentioned in this post made it so I could no longer renew my policy because she didn’t want to do her job and help me get my policy paid on Friday. I was told I would have no late fees today and that I just should speak to someone else and yup were petty managers here and this is exactly why this was my last choice in insuranc

Rude and unprofessional they refused to take payment for insurance policy on friday and then said come back monday there wont be any late fees but cancels the policy instead and wont allow it to be reactivated. worst customer service you can have for vehicle insurance. Also in the middle of talking they just picked up the phone and started talking to someone else it didn't even ring and after they put the phone down just said are you done and wouldn't help.

The office is dirty and none of the workers have a clue on how to do their jobs. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. We found better rates and people who knew what they were talking about down the street at State Farm.

I have been extremely impressed with my insurance broker Isaura at the Northglenn location off 120th! She has gone above and beyond numerous times to get me the best rates, answer all of my questions, and made insuring my car painless. She is always timely and accurate and has greatly surpassed every expectation that I have towards insurance companies. She is a major asset to Fred Loya and I will not use another company because of the experience she has given me!
