Why my review was deleted I’m not sure but I’m posting again. SARA is an employee there very rude and customer service is TRASH. She was with another customer taking care of her the transaction was completed and she sat there another 20 minutes talking about her weight and what she could do and what she should try said she was 22 years old and her parents are pastors for a church and pulled out her cell phone started showing pictures of her family. They went on about selling burritos and how she use to work Genius and Fred loya isn’t a good company per Genius could pull different companies and give better rates. She got upset with me cause I interrupted her conversation so I can be helped cause I was on my lunch hour. She gets mad and said she can refuse service to me. Like I’m just trying

They are about the most decent price I can afford when everyone else charges almost double what I pay here. I've been using them for over 2 years now never had any issues got cancelled a few times but that's my bad but didn't have $ at that moment to pay. I kinda wish they had a split the payment for when money gets tight that one way of keeping a stress off as well as making sure people stay insured........

Absolute no coverage on your car and as soon as you get a claim they'll raise your rate 200% and no they won't give you evidence of why you were at fault and no the managers are ZERO HELP, if your here get out while you can the head ache is not worth cheap prices

Very good insurance place only complaint I have is they won't send me my insurance copy what I need them I always have to go in to get them and they should mail them to me I pay my insurance on time when they take it out of my card but when it's time for me to get buy insurance renewed automatically I don't have a copy that could be very difficult for a black man riding around with no insurance verification could get me killed in a black man

Rude I sat in the office and watched two employees help on customer one employee sat on her phone and posted on Facebook while we where waiting to be helped
