Warning if you’re thinking about getting this insurance, don’t I’m gonna save you the hassle this place is very unprofessional. Customer service sucks. I’ve been waiting for an experience letter. I never got it. I went in and canceled my automatic payment and I’m still getting text telling me they’re trying to pull it out to tell you the truth. I don’t even know how. They’re even around

Great, hardworking people very dedicated, and they work hard to keep your rates low. Well mine actually went up 20 dollars but that's state of AZ fault. Gabriel helped me out even though he was about to close he said it was okay and told me to come on by! Amazing. You can tell laziness is not in his vocabulary. Also I couldnt pay on my due date and they actually gave me a few days to pay it off. So all around 5 out of 5 stars. Also I'm full coverage and I bet I have the cheapest rate out of all of you, that has different insurance. So check out Fred Loya fashoya!

Was there at 9am door not even open. Called lady says I will call you back. Don't even open up the door while its hot outside

I was in the Safeway parking lot and I saw their office.. I didn't go in had my daughter to call she looking for liability insurance that she could afford. Over the phone they provided a rate she could afford and provided some education.

I was quoted three times more than State Farm on car insurance for the lowest available coverage on an older vehicle (with no previous accidents, etc.). Just wild. Sometimes it’s best to go with the established and well-known companies, after all. Les recomiendo ver a otras compañías como State Farm o Geico antes de consultar con Fred Loya. No les van a ahorrar nada aquí.
